Returns

We love our customers! We play fair, as we trust our customers to do the same - thank you!

On shipped items, you may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price and shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all returns, which will be provided via email when the return has been approved. Standard returns will be assessed applicable shipping charges and a restocking fee, which varies by product and season.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of the returned product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Personal spiritual products such as gemstones, Jewelry, candles, tarot decks, divination supplies, herbs are not accepted for returns.
