Please read this all the way through before participating in the Live Sale so that you are familiar with how it works.
We are all family, so come in and say, “Hi.” Katie will be showing items that we have for sale at Karma Cottage, a Metaphysical Boutique, Rock Shop and Apothecary located in Crystal River, Florida.
Comments are welcome. Please, keep it positive. No negative vibes. Keep politics, religion and conflict to yourself, offenders will be immediately banned for the good of our positive community. We only deal with good karma here at Karma Cottage. Peace is what we’re after.
Short Version:

If you see something you like in the Live Sale:
1.) Note: Payment is required within 48 hours - thank you.
2,) Comment in the chat: “SOLD" with the product number (ex: "123") of the item you'd like. We will acknowledge your wish and will take it off the table and say, “this is for, (your name.)”
3.) Private message (PM) us your name, email and shipping address.
4.) Receive your invoice online and pay within 48 hours to remain in good standing.
5.) Receive your fully insured and carefully sterilized package in the mail OR via curbside pickup for local customers, on request.
6.) Quick, easy, fun and safe shopping!
Current issues: Sometimes there are lags in the Facebook feed due to increased recent Internet traffic. Live Sales are like an auction: The first person to claim the item wins it. There are often numerous SOLD claims for cool items. We award the item to the first person who follows the rules by saying the number.
We're easy going, but a few bad apples make the following rules necessary. Thank you for your patience.
By typing the # on your message, you are committing to buying them item, having agreed to these terms and conditions. To be fair to others who may want an item you have committed to purchase, all sales are final. No exchanges, returns, refunds, changes or order cancellations.

If you don't pay an invoice, or pay late, you will be banned.

If you cancel an order, you will be banned.

If you behave unprofessionally in any way, in the Live Sale, via email or any other channel, you will be banned.
Shipping Information (these are estimates only, actual shipping charges will vary above or below these estimates):

Small Flat Rate Box: $8.30 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" Inside

Medium Flat Rate Box: $15.05 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Inside

Large Flat Rate Box: $21.10 12" x 12" x 5-1/2" Inside
We will weigh to calculate shipping on anything larger or anything smaller than the flat rate box.
Florida residents are subject 6% sales tax on product and shipping.
Also, please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, all products and packaging are carefully sterilized before shipment to protect our customers - but please take all new-normal precautions when your shipment arrives.
